We are happy to announce that ASCEND has partnered with BeConfident, a Canadian-made app that uses Smart AI Virtual Humans to provide user-led, occupation-specific job interview simulations. Through BeConfident, ASCEND graduates can practice applying the interview soft skills they will learn in ASCEND and develop additional confidence in their employment readiness. Access to BeConfident is provided only after a participant completes ASCEND: a link to setup the free BeConfident app is provided to ASCEND graduates, and they can then choose to use BeConfident or not.
